Hey @N1ghtW1ng I've been travelling around Australia (and Fiji) for the past few months with the same couple people, and I totallllllly agree that it can be TOUGH to be around the same people nonstop. To kind of echo what other people have said, it definitely helps when you can take time to yourself even when you can't physically get away from them. When I needed some time, I would just lay down for a little bit and listen to music or write in my journal - if reading is your escape, that's awesome too :) Just try to have a kickass time!

Hey @j95 as someone who gets really anxious after a big (or even a small mistake), I definitely understand where you're coming from. It's easy to feel defeated and not so good about myself after I mess up and have to face the people I think I disappointed, but it never turns out to be as bad as I think it will be. People are usually more understanding and compassionate than anticipated, and it definitely sounds like the people you work with are pretty understanding about making mistakes! Even though you don't feel up to it, you might feel better once you get back into it and can move past it!

Hey @Hontez! It can be really frustrating when you feel like there's something going on that's not right, but you're not quite sure what it is. It's awesome that you're trying to get to the bottom of it, and that you've reached out for help! It can be really exhausting and stressful worrying a lot about being judged by others - which can be really tough to deal with. Also, as someone who constantly explosively responds to movies, I totally feel what you're saying there (except, I'm pretty vocal when I'm surprised by something *yells and grabs face*). People definitely jokingly tease me about how I react sometimes, but I try to keep in mind that what they're saying is in good fun, and that they're not intending to be malicious.
It's certainly not weird for you to feel anxious, everyone has those feelings occasionally and that's normal, but if you feel like it's interfering with your life or your happiness, you might want to consider talking to a counselor about your concerns . Talking to someone who is trained and objective could really help you out.
Since you touched on possibly having restricted confidence, you might want to check out this factsheet on building self-confidence. I found that once I felt better about myself, it was easier to see people's light-hearted jokes for being what they really are - a joke. It definitely helped me out, but everyone's different; though I still think it's worth a go
It's great to hear that things are starting to feel better since you've moved - keep on building that positivity!

1. I am absolutely terrified of sharks, and I have decided that if I ever see a great white shark, I will just accept my fate and swim directly into its mouth (haha)
2. I watched the first 10 seasons of Grey's Anatomy (...roughly 220 hours) in my first semester away at university. And at the end of it, I was like,
3. I go back to America 5 weeks from today

HAVE YOU GUYS SEEN PITCH PERFECT?
Oh, you have? AWESOME.
Oh, you haven't? THAT'S TOTALLY OKAY.
So, in the movie they have the riff off, which is amazing and looks like this (starts at 0:40), and I'm thinking we could do something like that! So since obviously we can't just cut each other off, post a lyric and then in (parenthases) the next word, so that someone can jump in with lyrics from a new song!
SO IT WORKS LIKE THIS:
"And they say she's in the class A team, stuck in her... (daydream)" - Ed Sheeran
"daydream believer and a homecoming queen, (cheer)" - The Monkees
aaaaand then the next person throws a song lyric that starts with "cheer," bonus points if you can name the song that the person before you used! (I used A team and Daydream Believer, because why not)
WOW OKAY SOUNDS SO GREAT, HERE WE GOOOO
"Stiffen that upper lip up, little lady, I told ya , d addy's here to hold ya through the night. I know mommy's not here right now and we don't know [why]" - Eminem

Those are both absolutely terrible, but I'd go for nonstop sneezes because I think hiccups are painful
Would you rather have to listen to Baby by Justin Bieber on repeat for the rest of your life or listen to a loop of Nickleback songs on repeat for the rest of your life?

So I listened to "December, 1963" by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, and I drew this because Frankie Valli made me think of mountains, and then it escalated hahaha :)

Yesterday in the office, we had an email conversation basically just through gifs, AND IT WAS AWESOME. So, post a gif (or a meme) that describes how you're feeling today, one that responds to someone else, or one you just really like Gifs are my life and stuff so I'm really excited about this
