hey redhead,
wow, what you said here ive have heard heaps of times from my brother. past few years though he plugged away at music and become pretty good at keyboards and drums. hes actually good at heaps of things but doesnt do much these days.he is proud of this music though.
i am certain everyone has stuff and characteristics that they can be ok with. even a love of animals. sometimes pets can be the best medicine.
as for being labled with diagnosis, i totally get that, ive lost track of all ours,,,,,in time it just naturally stops mattering as much.
redhead i hear what your saying but your here and reaching out, that aint stupid. everyone here cares, some can reachout to you others are sending you their love and best wishes.

despite how i may be feeling i always try to give others time, and listen.
i always check for change for a busker.
i always show appreciation to people who serve me at the shops.
i love it when my courtesy and politeness is recognized.
i always send a xmas txt msg to almost everyone ive ever met and got on with.,,,,,,for real...
i love it when my brother (who has his own struggles) has a good day. (rarely)
i love it when i take a risk with a tv show or music and its awesome.
i love it when my soccer team wins....(not often this year)
it feels good when despite my own stuff i still show empathy for others....
it feels good when i can forgive anothers ignorance or bad manners. (usually) i try.
sometimes in the afternoon i just like to observe nature,birds, insects, just watch them be.
i like it that when things get really bad for me im now confident that i will reach out.

well, re positive self talk, for me, for years it was negative self talk only. i worked hard to try to stem the flow of negativity which would do my head in.
i can still remember starting the deep breathing, and reality testing my thoughts which were leading me to paraoia.
i also started seeing a psychologist who i got on really well with, that helps.very important. i also started being more open with my closest friends about my struggles.
i would love to say it was easy but it took me about 2 years of relentless practice just to get a grip.
i still do it,,,,,,having conversations in my head and my anxiety feels like im drowning, but i am now able to say,,,,,, really,,,come on now,,,your doing it again, just slow down and stop it. i start deep breathing and i now also excercise including stretching and light weights, its hard to stress out completely when your doing excersice and i see a councilor and sometimes a pshycologist when i feel im getting out of control, like today.
contronting issues and annoyances still freezes me up but for no were near as long as before.
now when im tripping i remind myself of the past successes ive had dealing with difficult issues.
i tell myself i have been here before, i tell myself it will only get worse if i dont deal with whats upset me. i say you got past it last time and the world didnt end. i know i can do it, i know i have what it takes because ive risen to the challenge before.
the discomfort is still there, but the relief i get after i contront an issues is amazing. its an amazing feeling. just the fact of facing an issue and having my say has really helped. i dont always get my way, and people will be difficult to get on with, but just venting or contronting ( when i manage to get around to it) really helps me.
anyway, sorry to go on and on. i hope i have kinda stayed on topic,,,,have i,,,mmmm, kinda, i think. i will catch on.
oh,,,thank god for the auto save,,,,otherwise id be in crisis

hey , im new on here. reading through your venting i was thinking how well you expressed some really distressing stuff.
i feel whilst you have the ability to get that stuff out theres always hope to improving and managing your difficulties.
as for whats other say and do, well i know that can be painful and we all take it in our own way.
vent away i say,,,, more venting the better. time sometimes has a away of taking off the edge, it has been for me.
