Hey @jinx_03, it is great that you have recognised that you are feeling better than before and that you have hope for the future, that is amazing! It sounds like right now you would like to explain to those around you about what has been going on for you? That could be really helpful in opening up the conversation but also in people being able to understand how things are right now. You can never say the wrong thing when it comes to how you feel, you can say whatever you like and change your mind later on if you like. I can tell how much you want to get 'better' and it sounds like those around you would want that for you too. It sounds like you do want to talk to them but are nervous about doing so.. what will help you to be able to have this conversation or feel more comfortable about it?
