hi @Betty123 you are definitely not the only one. For about a year/a year and a half I had panic attacks, now I don't get them very often. Some things that really helped me were talking to a psychologist and using trial and error to figure out techniques that grounded me and helped me through. Some of these techniques are:

- Using meditation apps (I use insight timer)

- 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (5 things I can see, 4 things I can touch, 3 things I can hear, 2 things I can smell, 1 thing I can taste)

- Box breathing (breath in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, breath out for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts)

- Listening to music through head phones

- Following the thought and riding out the panic attack

- Calling my friends who I trust

Have you tried any techniques that have either helped or not? I hope you are going okay and remember you are definitely not alone ❤️
