How can we work on our family relationships?

I'm quite fond of the saying: "Family - you can't live with them, you can't live without them." I think it sums up what a lot of us feel about our family. As much as we might have strong emotional bonds with them, the relationships between us and our parents, or our siblings, grandparents, or other family members might not be as healthy as they could be.

If possible, it's important to nourish those relationships, not just for our own well-being, but for the good of our loved ones as well. Here's a few questions to get you thinking about how we might do that:

How important are family relationships to you?

What is one step you could take to improve your relationship with at least one member of your family?
