It sounds like life is feeling pretty hard for you at the moment, but well done for reaching out for some support.
It's definitely understandable that you are feeling tired quicker and that school is feeling longer. When we are dealing with tough stuff, our bodies use a lot of energy coping with it all, without us maybe even realising. Which can mean we get more tired than usual. Are you able to sleep at night ok?
You've mentioned a bit about your relationship with your mum, I can imagine that's really difficult to deal with. Especially when you're struggling and need someone you trust to talk to. Have you been able to chat to any other family members about how you're feeling? Or maybe a school counsellor if you have one?
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to chat to your grandpa at the moment, managing family dynamics can be draining. Was your grandpa someone you liked spending time with?
It seems like family stuff is a lot for you to cope with at the moment, was there anything else that's making you hate life on top of that?
