What’s something you love but almost no one else has heard of
For some reason, I love the Youtube channel Jet Lag: The Game. They create amazing travel competition games that are competitive enough that it is actually fun to watch, and you can see if you agree with their strategy. That being said, it still has some funny moments/traditions in each video or series (if you watch it I am talking about The Snack Zone, Sam’s win rate, Ben getting drunk and way more)

Matt Parker is the best! I love watching his youtube channel (Stand up Maths) and reading his books.
One of my favourite books would have to be What If? by Randall Munroe.
New here to the forums but I saw you mentioning Jet Leg: The Game quite a bit! I love watching Jet Lag too and i'm caught up with all the seasons. For me, Switzerland hide and seek and the first tag across Europe were definitely my favourite seasons, so i'm curious about your favourite too. But I agree with you, they are for sure underrated and I wish the people in my circle were interested in their videos haha.
For me, a friend introduced me to an anime called Sonny Boy recently and it's honestly my favourite anime now. It came out a couple of years ago but it's pretty niche and I wished that it had gotten more recognition.
I'm also new - joined like last week or something,
Switzerland was probably the most unique, since there isn't much travel, nor the challenges. I agree that Tag 1 was better than Tag 2, having an extra episode and everyone getting two chances. My favourite is probably Australia with Arctic Escape being a close second - I always find myself rewatching that one.
I really want to watch Crime Spree and The Getaway but I don't have Nebula so I will have to wait a bit for that.
Sonny Boy looks very interesting and I will have to watch it some time.
Hi @Jakey398
I think I've seen Jet Lag come up on my YT feed though haven't watched it yet. It sounds so good though! I like watching competitive shows and coming up with my own strategy for them so maybe I'll give it a shot!!
I really like the game Hades and even though I've seen some stuff online about it, no one I know actually knows the game. It's really fun and easy to get the hang of after a while especially for someone who doesn't play a lot of video games 🙃. I also listen to a couple of DnD podcasts which is unheard of in my friend groups. They're so funny though and makes me want to play a game of my own sometime!
The movie "The Wog Boy." It's an Australian movie I had to watch in my community services/childcare cert II class in highschool and it's super funny but everyone I've spoken to about it has never seen it. It's essentially about this guy called Steve who is exposed as a 'dole cheat' by a minister and, yeah, it's full of drama. Steve stands up for himself publically, gets the girl in the end and yada yada. It's way better than how I've made it sound. I would recommend if you have the means of watching it.
It sounds very interesting, and I do have a Netflix subscription (which it is on according to my 3 seconds of non-extensive research) so I will have to check it out! The drama seems quite funny.
Finally someone who has seen it and knows what I'm taking about haha 😂@Blueberry_Kudu
Hey @Jakey398 that Youtube channel sounds awesome and really entertaining. What else are you interested in that others haven't heard of?
For me, this is a weird one, but I treat my dog like my own brother. I have this really strong connection with my dog and play with him and pat him (literally every 5 minutes) just as if he was a sibling. That is something about me given that I love my dog like family, but I'm not sure if many others have an extreme bro to bro bond with my dog like me. If so, I'd love to hear.
I am really close to my dog too. It's really sweet when I let her inside because the first thing she does is sprint to my bedroom and lie down on top of my bed. My parents will let her inside when I oversleep and she will come and try to snuggle herself down under my covers, which is really cute. I also talk to her all the time--she feels like a little sister to me. But she's dead now.
