Hi! We're The-ADJ-System
Hi! I'm A, he/him and vi/vir (I'm using acronyms for fake names). I'm in a system with D (she/they) and J (they/them). We're a non-disordered paragenic system (so we don't have DID or OSDD).
We're autistic with suspected ADHD. (Lots of research has been done. Our ADHD suspicions are not based off some random TikTok or something.) If I want to seek support around my neurodivergence, which space should I put that in?
I'm transmasc and genderfaun (fluid between non-feminine genders), while D is genderfae (fluid between non-masculine genders), and J is confusing.
I'm still learning to use this platform so I'm probably just going to watch for a few days without posting too much.

Hi there @The-ADJ-System 💚
Welcome to the ReachOut community!
I've never heard of a 'non-disordered paragenic system' before, I was wondering if you'd be willing to explain further so that I can learn, as Google isn't much help ☺️ if not, that's totally fine!
Great to have you here, A, D and J 🖤
I can totally explain @Green_Ghost
So the system bit referred to the fact that there's multiple people in my brain. Here's an explanation resource✨✨: https://pluralityresource.org/plurality-information/
So, non-disordered refers to the fact that although when people think of systems they think of DID or OSDD, we don't have either. We're not seperate enough and we don't have amnesia, and we actually enjoy being a system.
Paragenic is the word we use to describe why we became a system (aka our system origins). We aren't formed from trauma, we're actually formed from maladaptive daydreaming (which is something we've struggled with for years).
If you need me to clarify anything more let me know!
Hi @The-ADJ-System 👋
Welcome to ReachOut! It’s so nice to have you here.
I’ve just had a look at the spaces, and it looks like the Disability and Chronic Illness space would be good to seek support around neurodivergence in, as it is described as a “safe space to chat, vent, and share your experiences, and connect with other people who get it. This is where we chat about everything from physical disability, living with chronic illness, autism, adhd and more”. It’s not a big deal though, as our moderators can move your post to the right space if they don’t think it’s suitable for the space! 😊
I look forward to maybe getting to know you more and I hope you enjoy engaging in the ReachOut community 🫶🏻
