Hey @Masquerade_HS
I just wanted to jump in and thank you for sharing this with us. It sounds like this has been very difficult for you and has been having a big impact on you. I can imagine that it wasn’t easy to share this, and would have taken a lot of courage and bravery but I’m really glad that you did and have been able to open up to us.
I know you mentioned that you’ve been having intrusive thoughts about your relationship and was wondering if you’ve been able to talk to your partner about this and share what you’re going through, or been able to share this with anyone else?
I’m also curious about whether there was anything that helps reduce these thoughts?
It is understandable how tough and exhausting this must be for you and I want to remind you that you don’t have to deal with this alone. It is best to reach out to a doctor or mental health professional so that you can get some support with this. We have an article that has some more information about support services if you want to know more.
I know that you mentioned that you think it may be OCD, and whilst we are unable to diagnose or give advice, I wanted to still share this article with you about dealing with OCD and a weekly wellbeing where a special guest shared about their experience and how they manage OCD that I thought may be helpful.
I want to thank you again for being so brave and sharing this with us all. Remember that you aren’t alone, and we are all here to listen and support you.💜
