Feeling better!
Hey everyone,
Thanks for all the lovely messages on the previous post.
I finally have my sleep schedule on track. I've also begun implementing some cardio in my daily life, reduced my screen time, and increased the time I spend doing productive things like cleaning the house, reading my textbook, and writing notes.
I know this is as my psychologist, psychiatrist, and GP doctor have been saying but I don't think it ever had to do with my medication alone, my sleeping alone, I always thought to myself that "once I get this specific thing underway, I'll become better," in this case it was sleep. Despite going through these cycles so often, I somehow always forget the most important message: it is better to implement everything I want to do and try to get back into the rhythm slowly.
I appreciate all of your messages, and throughout these posts, I was hoping to illustrate the human cycle of experiencing trials and tribulations, and not feel discouraged by the pressure and push through!

Hey @Sky_Stegosaurus,
Thank you for this awesome update! I find it super valuable as it's a great example of how the human cycle can have both its ups and downs.
I'm glad to hear that you've been feeling better and trying your very best to take care of yourself. 💛
I wish you the very best moving forward, and look forward to reading your future updates. Sending hugs!
Hi there @Sky_Stegosaurus 💙
It's so great to hear that your sleep is back on track! Sleep can be so important and make all the difference to our daily routines (as I've been finding out recently too). I love that you've also started introducing some cardio, reduced screen time, and boosted your productivity! It sounds like your daily routines are serving you well ☺️ like you said, getting back into the rhythm slowly! Well done 👍
I wish you all the best through these trials and tribulations 😇
Thank you so much for updating us! I am so happy to hear that you are doing better and have taken charge and implemented a new daily routine. I am so glad that these changes have helped you, and you are so right, developing a rhythm takes time, but you are well on your way. I admire your commitment and hope you are very proud of yourself!
I wish you the very best moving forward!
Hi again@Sky_Stegosaurus
What a lovely update - I am so glad to hear that you have managed to get your sleeping on track! Those are some great habits you are building for yourself, and I hope you are proud of the hard work you are putting in to take care of yourself. And yes, you are absolutely right - getting into the rhythm of things takes time. That is such an important reminder for all of us.
Wishing you all the best!
Hey @Sky_Stegosaurus
I just saw your previous post, and it’s so relatable oh my gosh!!! I am so glad to hear you are feeling better and I’m so proud of you for coming on here to acknowledge you needed some support. It really is amazing how much better feel when you move your body and having a good sleep schedule. Reducing screen time is something I’d really love to do more (and struggle with a lot) so I think your post has inspired me to start doing so too! ☺️ You are right that the human experience has its ups and downs, but I think this post is amazing and you are worth celebrating. Slowly but surely we can all achieve our goals ❤️
lots of love 🫶🏻
