Gentle Reminders - Mental Health

Things I Can Do For Myself (1).png

Hello everyone! 🤗

I took the time to make this in hopes that it may help some or all of you, particularly with how stressful and busy life has been for us all as of late.

Feel free to download this for yourself, or even write down some more kind/supportive things below; perhaps you may even want to make your own! 😊 If you do make your own, I'd really love to see it 😍

Remember to be extra kind and gentle with yourself, and know that you are not alone 💚

Thank you @Matcha_Toad for this lovely reminder! It's so easy to get lost in our heads that we often forget to let ourselves breathe. Having such reminders to slow down and take it easy is really helpful and reassuring 💙

I tend to overthink a lot and the one thing that helped me get through uni was telling myself "A problem for tomorrow is a problem for tomorrow." I often found myself stressing over things that are yet to happen even though I know I did my best to prepare for it and then losing sleep over it. So this mantra really helps me ease my anxieties!

thank you @Matcha_Toad for sharing this it is lovely to be reminded that "there is notning wrong with you" as in this busy life when things go a little offtrack we start thinking that something might be wrong with us but thats not the case.

These days i am trying to be easy on myself and take things rather slowly.😀

This is such a great poster! I especially love the idea that 'these feelings will pass' - a simple but powerful reminder that nothing is permanent and that with time, things do get better.

You always make such pretty posters @Matcha_Toad💚 keep it up!

I love 'you are not your thoughts' and 'it's okay to go at your own pace.' I've really been trying to go at my own pace lately with everything and just really slow down ☺️

Thank you @Matcha_Toad  !!

These messages are so important to keep in mind, especially when things start getting tough.

One mantra I learnt from my psychologist and say often is 'it may be good, it may be bad; we'll see' which as about how for any event in our life, only the future will decide whether the outcome of it is positive or negative rather than our beliefs on how things will turn out.

Welcome back!
