What's so encouraging is that these examples are really simple and customisable. They're available to anyone in any form, space, time, etc. Self-care is a brilliant way of bringing some energy back into us when we feel exhausted or low.
Personally I vouch for freshly washed and dried hair + new, clean pyjamas + fresh bedsheets = unstoppable trio. 🌞

This post is crazy good. It's self-care that really connects with who you are as a person on a deeper level. With love languages, we might be doing so much for people or expecting things from people we never think to do for ourselves. I'm genuinely going to share this with friends I think need it.

Viewing self-care as a love language for yourself is such an awesome perspective! Thank you so much for sharing. I hadn't thought of self-care in this way and these categories really break things down into examples I could do for myself. They are all such easy and little things to do aswell, so it shows how achievable taking care of yourself really is and how small changes can make a positive impact. @Green_Ghost Hey there! What a lovely message, I love this perspective on self love. I never considered this and honestly I might incorporate some of these into my routine! My love languages are receiving gifts and physical touch and I am already doing yoga every Friday morning and loving it! And I also spoil myself with new clothes from work sometimes so I will definitely be taking a screenshot of that list so I can add more things.
