This is such a lovely post! I really like the self-care practices you listed, I myself love having a warm/hot shower, it's even better if you can sit down in the bottom of the shower and let the hot water hit your back.
Some things I like to do for self-care include:
- Making myself a matcha latte every morning, it's a very therapeutic process
- Putting on a face mask/doing my usual skincare routine
- Baking sweet treats
- Listening to music/podcasts/video essays on YouTube
- Bushwalking
- Spending time with pets
- Playing cosy or nostalgic videogames
