what i do for a better headspace:)))

I make sure to start off the morning with some meditation, in particular, a 5 minute spiritual meditation to relieve my mind and make me fresh for the day. Especially, because we are in lockdown right now in Sydney, staying inside of the house can be incredibly draining, so I go out for some fitness walks and shoot some shots with a basketball.

I would love to hear what you guys do and suggest to me more on how to keep a good headspace during this lockdown!!

@unicorn123 mine's a lot more boring, for me I mostly just take my meds...

One thing that did help wiith covid stuff specifically is I got a mask that I actually like (mine has pictures of birds on it). It makes wearing a mask a lot more tolerable, to the point where I actually like it now.

omg that sounds cool!! Personally, I have a very small face so all masks annoy me because they r too big from my face. I am not much of a fan of the blue ones as well, might get a black cloth one!!

I have exactly the same problem, my face is tiny...

Some places sell kids masks which might work depending on how small your face is.

I find cloth ones a lot easier to breathe in for some reason.

@Tiny_leaf oh yeah breathing through a mask is a real struggle. I wear glasses so when I breathe harder it fogs up my glasses as well lol

@unicorn123 warm showers help me clear my head, and I love walks as well. I live near a park so I go there when I'm feeling a bit too confined!
