@BlueGreen Welcome to Reachout I am a college student myself and I can understand that there are days when one has a lack of motivation despite knowing that there are important things lined up. What has really helped me is creating a day to day schedule, depending on how I feel each day. Like somedays I study what I really like and compliment it with something I don't like, to balance it out. Also, I take some time out for myself as well like by going to the gym or hanging out with my friends or going out for movies. This way I don't get bored of doing Uni stuff. @Bee that is such a great activity 🤗 Like @Jess-RO just mentioned, my mom just today sent me a whole bunch of childhood pictures of me and my sister. That made me realise how stress free and lovely were those days. The environment I grew up in was soo warm and supportive that whenever I think about it, I only end up smiling :)

I used to have a lot of exam stress especially when I was in school. But the one thing that I realised, that really worked for me was sleeping well and strategising the exam preparation. I think sometimes we set unattainable targets for ourselves and then we end up doing nothing which brings our morale down and increases panic before the exams. So, I think it is important to set easy attainable targets for each day like doing one tough topic and 2 easy topics a day or something like that and then rewarding yourself for achieving those goals. TIP: Plan day by day not the entire week :) I wish everyone good luck for their exams :) . I know you all will do great

1. What did you do, or will you do this week to treat yourself? I treated my self by going to the beach. I just feel at peace being there especially after a hectic week at work and Uni 2. Think of something nice you can say to yourself as your receive/ give this gift to yourself. I totally deserve this after putting in my hardwork at work and Uni. Self-care and Self-love is something I had to ensure and I achieved that goal by doing what I like
