Today I practiced self care by eating healthy food and having enough breaks between my studies to draw and browse internet, etc. Especially considering its R U OK? day today, I had many conversations with my friends and families throughout the day :)

Hey @JullyBean ! Thank you for the wonderful suggestion of artist, I totally agree with the fact that music is a great mood lifter, especially when I'm feeling down too. For a great self confidence boosting song, I would recommend Lizzo's songs (especially one called juice)! Her song lyrics really help you to gain confidence in yourself and smile :)

Hey @mspaceK , I totally feel you as I also have days where it feels like everything's not working out well.. For those days, I prioritise on making myself feel better more than anything else, especially through self care. I would let myself set problems aside a bit through short meditations.
