Hey! I love these ideas, and I wanted to add a few more of the things I have been doing to help in this time! - calling friends and going for a walk with the phone. - morning or evening walks - learning new hobbies; like how to bullet journal, baking and learning random things on Youtube - cleaning my closet and throwing away old clothes - reading, reading, reading - For exercise I go roller-skating which is a new hobby I have started this year. It's good because you can do it alone (if/when restrictions allow) - updating my depop (clothes selling app) - journalling/writing my thoughts down. Especially helps me when I am feeling low on energy.

My pet passed away yesterday;( She had a long happy life but it's been really upsetting because I didn't get to say goodbye because I am too far away and it happened too suddenly. I miss her so much and I think my family is really going to struggle without her positive energy in the house. At least she didn't know it was going to happen. I wish I could live in the moment as well as she did. Big love to everyone going through the passing of pet right now:) x

It is definitely not middle-aged! However, I hope that I get to do my silly hobbies my whole life. I especially like reading children's books and fairytales. I am 22 and I think the stories are so sweet and remind me of the simple facts and truths of life.

Hi, As it seems you are interested and concerned with this person, maybe you would like to become closer friends with them. If you genuinely want to, 'Bob' will notice and perhaps find comfort in knowing that people will be accepting of her no matter her sexuality etc.

I didn't get the best nights sleep so I took care of myself today by reading a book by the heater with a hot tea. It was an easy romance novel and my feet kept getting burnt by the heater. I felt cosy and calm by the late afternoon. Worth it:)
