I acknowledge how tough this year has been for so many people, however there have also been a lot of positives for me These are my top 3: 1. I have really improved my grades at uni because I've had no distractions and I've developed some useful study skills that I will take into next year 2. I've become a morning person and actually enjoy getting up early 3. I have had the chance to really get to know my boyfriends 2 sisters and they have become really close friends of mine Love to all, and I hope the year is up from here on

1. I have a lazy eye 2. I love collecting perfume- because each scent reminds me of particular memories and I love that when I smell them I'm taken back in time 3. I have a sweet tooth! @Jess1-RO I will quickly mention that I'm not up to date yet! I've only watched up to season 13 because that's what was on Stan at the time (I'm yet to catch up on the season they recently added). I've been watching it since I was 16 and somehow always a bit behind the currently airing season, but that means I'm never without new episodes to watch My all time favourite character is Alex Karev . I love his character development and the friendship he and Meredith share.

@lemurien I agree that it's tiring hearing everyones negative opinions be brought to the surface, it seems like all we hear about at the moment. Its hard to get a break when it's all over the news and social media! I absolutely understand what you mean by that voice telling you there's no point. I guess I try to see the routine idea as a form of self-care that i'm doing for myself to feel good and when I feel too lethargic or can't be bothered, I try to come back to that thought! There are days that are harder than others and you're absolutely right about struggling but trying anyway. I hope this experience makes you stronger in the end, but I don't doubt how difficult its been recently.

Hey lemurien, I'm in metro VIC under restrictions too! I think I have a sense of how you're feeling and I know a lot of others who are going through that bleh feeling too I think it's a really normal reaction to be fatigued by the current climate. I want to remind you that so many people are feeling the same way you are, but it's not going to last forever, even though I know it feels like it's never ending. I've handled this bleh feeling by incorporating some routine into the day where possible. I've found that making a list and ticking things off (even simple things like breakfast and lunch or going for a walk) can make you feel really accomplished and excited to do it again the following day! Its ok if this sounds like a huge step but it may be something you'd like to try I just want to say I think you're amazing for reaching out because your post reminds others that it's ok for them to feel this way too

What are some foods which help boost your mood? I love fruit! It's so delicious, provides great energy and is easy to digest! Chocolate is also an excellent mood lifter. Chocolate covered strawberries seems like the perfect answer Do you have any simple recipes which are great for when time/motivation are running low? I love caprese salad. In mine I put chopped tomato, bocconcini, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and spinach! Its so fresh and perfect for summer. Are there any new foods you'd like to try? Why not pick up something different next time you're at the supermarket! I've always wanted to try pumpkin pie, but never tried making it or seen it sold anywhere.

What do you love most about October? The weather starts to get a little warmer, but the nights are still cool for sleeping! Daylight savings starts, I feel excited for summer and Christmas! What's your favourite sweet treat? Nutella and banana crepes! If you had to wear a mask, what would it be? Probably a nice relaxing face mask What's your favourite cryptic or supernatural creature? Definitely a mermaid What is your favourite pumpkin recipe? Definitely the sweet and salty caramelised pumpkin my mum makes for salads! Post a fact about bats? They can eat up to 1200 mosquitos in 1 hour! How do you feel about Halloween? We don't really celebrate it at home, but I love watching Halloween themed cooking videos. Do you have a spooky story to share with us? It could be a personal story, a creepy place, a part of history, a book, TV show or film. For years there was an old abandoned house near where I live and it had a big skull and cross bones on the door! We always thought it was creepy when we were younger. They knocked it down recently to build a real-estate office, and probably for the best!

How did you first hear about ReachOut and when did you decide to get involved on the forums as a user? I was looking for opportunities to volunteer and stumbled across the website, I decided to apply and was very excited to be selected to be a builder! What's your favourite post thread? So far the self-care thread was awesome! So many new ideas to try Why did you decide to become a Builder? I really wanted to get some experience supporting and nurturing the mental health of young people. I also love the concept and felt proud at the prospect of belonging to such an uplifting community What do you do during the day (Study? Work? Hunt ghosts? Fight Crime? Taste cupcakes?)? I like to workout, walk my dog, study psychology, listen to music, and I also work as a waitress in a restaurant! I really love to go to the beach or the movies in my spare time. I love coffee and eating chocolate too Do you have any weird hobbies (Train a rubber duck army? Teach lizards Spanish? Learn how to the master the recorder?)? I love to jump on my trampoline! Its so relaxing and fun especially with headphones in listening to music What's you're all time favourite TV show? I'm a huge fan of Grey's Anatomy!
