Hi @manicbekaj, thank you so much for sharing your podcast. This is such a good example of advocacy and I wish you all the best for its success. :) Unfortunately I had to remove the links as we are an anonymous forum. But please continue the good work that you are doing!

Heat! I’ve got to say, I’m not a fan of heat at all! Name the first place you think of when thinking about planning a holiday!

Weekly Wellbeing: Everyday Gratitude This week's activity is about learning to be mindful of good things in life, no matter how small they are. Practising gratitude is a fantastic way to keep things in perspective and remind ourselves that throughout really tough times, there are good times to be had. ReachOut has a great article about the how and why of practising gratitude. The things which we can be grateful for can be significant things in our lives, or they can be small incidental things which happen everyday, such as the sun shining or someone smiling at us. We have a wonderful thread on the forums Today I'm Grateful For... if you need some inspiration or further examples. This week's activity: 1. Take a few minutes out of your day to find 3 things that you're grateful for. These things can be as big or as small as you like. Please feel free to share below! 2. How did this activity make you feel? Is this something you would like to make part of your daily routine?

Good afternoon! Hoping everyone is safe and well. To kick things off, here is our first question for the week: How would you define "help"? How do you find out which supports would meet your needs?

Hey @MB95, I’m catching up with some of this thread. I’m sorry that you’re still feeling really down. If you’re feeling that your sessions with your psych are making you feel worse, then I think it’s very wise to take a break. These negative thoughts are so draining aren’t they? Sending you lots of hugs Just wanted to give you a quick heads up that I needed to edit an earlier post from today, no biggie though. :)

A little late in the evening (but hey, it's still Friday :p). I thought in the current climate, a flowers theme would be nice. First up is @Saltwaterdreamtime for seeing some positives in the midst of a very tough situation. @Eden1717 for your compassion and understanding in this post. We particularly liked your line "you don't have to suffer in silence" - it's such an important thing to be reminded of. @Asche for sharing so much insight into your experience and wisdom advocating for mental health awareness. This was such an empowering conversation to have, and you have really given us food for thought. @Bananatime04 for this generous response to a user who was struggling with similar issues to them. Letting people know they are not alone is so important, and something you did so well. And finally a shoutout to @Anonymous, @Janine-RO and @scared01 for s haring some lovely, self compassionate quotes this week! Have a good week everyone! If you see a post you think deserves a Friday Five, nominate it here!

Please note we are running this chat on Thursday 23 April - not Monday like we usually do. With all of the changes happening in the world at the moment, we are needing to use technology in so many different ways. Catching up with friends, working from home and medical consultations are just some examples of this. For some of us, the current circumstances also mean that there are changes with how we are accessing mental health support. Telehealth - accessing health services using telephone or video chat - has been in use for a number of years for people living in rural and remote communities, however is now being used much more widely. This way of accessing appointments provides a lot of opportunity, however at the same time may be new for many of us. On Thursday 23 April at 7:30pm AEST we will be having a live chat about accessing mental health support online and discussing some tips and strategies online appointments. Looking forward to chatting with you on Thursday night!

Hey @Steets, just checking in to see how you're going with everything? Just wanted to give you a quick heads up that I've made a small edit to your first post to remove information about the dosage. No harm done, it's just that we can't have that on the forums as part of our community guidelines. I hope this is alright.
