Hey @Tiny_leaf I'm glad to hear that you're safe and thank you for posting. The fact that you've taken steps forward to seek help when it feels like everything is pushing you back speaks volumes.
With so much going on and feeling so scattered it's easy to feel like everything is a blur, including the perception of ourselves in lives of others. I just want to reiterrate that you do matter and that you are definitely deserving of good things.
With the list of things growing, are you able to maybe take a step back and rearrange some of them so they're not as overwhelming and give you some breathing space? I know I can fall into a trap sometimes too.
Did you end up talking to someone at Headspace at all?

Hey @Beautifullybroken, that sounds like a really tough way to start the day with and I can definitely understand how overwhelming and exhausting it can be, especially when it's the physical too.

How have you been feeling the last few hours? Do you have any strategies that you've used previously to help focus your thoughts and feelings of anxiety? Having a good cry is totally ok too!

That's quite a weight to carry around, but it's something you don't need to bare alone. You mentioned you've fallen out with a couple of friends, do you still have someone that you could express how you're feeling to?
As daunting as the thought of telling someone seems, I've found that people are quite supportive when you open up and just telling someone else can be a huge relief in itself, even if they're just a set of ears.

@DruidChild How are you doing today? Sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with BeyondBlue :(It can really depend on who you're connected with as not every counsellor is the same. Would you consider contacting them if you're feeling like that again?
That's great you have a good connection with the workers at your uni and that you can get extentions - that's always a big relief, even if you don't end up needing them.
Have you tried listening to something when you go to bed like a podcast or some music? I found that was helpful instead of laying there thinking how I wasn't asleep.
