I sounds silly but when I have a panic attack I focus on my breathing, In through the nose and out through the mouth force yourself to breathe deeply and focus on one of your pulse points. focus on slowing it down and count your pulse until you feel somewhat able to manage the rest of it

well done for trying to call your friends @j95. Try to find an anchor for your mind - a positive idea you can focus on. Maybe try to imagine that you're surfing. What can you hear? What can you smell - the sea?
