Happy Men's Health Week

This week is Men's Health Week! 

The theme this year is all about making connections and being part of a team. Given the way that covid, lockdowns and working from home have impacted everyone and our feelings of isolation, I reckon this theme is pretty spot on and so important for all of us.

The Mens Health Week Website has some great info on it with events you can get involved in both in-person and online! 

Learning about Men's Health Week and this years theme has actually been really cool for me as my brother and I are currently organising a social volleyball team - which I thought was very fitting and a cool way to celebrate the week!
