Hey @Smurf4509 I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with your mental health recently. It's really amazing that you've been able to get in touch with the employment agency - that shows your absolute strength and perseverance! Best of luck with work!
Hey Smurf just want to congratulate you on taking some great steps. You know I was diagnosed with schizoaffective at one point following my psychosis I was out of work and completely out of commission mentally for a year and a half. But with the help of medication, health professionals and public services I started to feel ready and it is possible for people with our condition to find a balance in our lives. Most important thing is keep trying and keep looking for work and keeping up to date with your mental health as if it is a job. Do not take any mind altering substances and maintain rational and positive thinking. The brain is flexible and can adapt with time it all comes down to what type of nutrients you provide your mind. Wish you all the best please reach out if you need anything we are all happy to support you on this journey!!!

I was wondering if you feel comfortable sharing a little bit more about what's been happening for you lately and how you've been feeling.
I was also wondering what support might look like for you right need, do you have any supports you feel comfortable reaching out to when you might not be feeling 100%? This could be family, friends or even professional support such as a counsellor. I wanted to provide you with this link to Headspace who can offer immediate and further support, including mental health, work and study support.
I wanted to commend you on reaching out to the employment agency, you should be so proud of yourself for not only understanding the support you need but for also putting in the steps towards receiving that support, it's amazing to hear and I wish you all the best on your journey 🙂
