I love the brand slogan/quote "Just Do It" by Nike, and it's what I say to myself or others when trying to enhance motivation 🤗

Mine is " Life is tough, my darling, but so are you" by Stephanie Bennett Henry. This quote always helps me with my overthinking and anxious phases.

As someone who struggled with intrusive thoughts this perspective made it easier to not view myself as a horrible person.

Definitely something I am trying to learn is to enjoy the journey, without putting too much expectation on the end result.
Mine is "Isn't it wonderful to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it?" From Lucy Maud Montgomery. I really love classic literature and this quote sticks to me.
