Depressed, stressed, isolated, nowhere to go, nothing to do

Not feeling great, haven't remembered what happiness or to peace feels like in months, don't know who'll see this or even care but uh yeah hope ya'll are having a way better pride month than I am

Would you happen to have anything you enjoy spending your time doing that may help you cope with your current stress?

Just wanted to check in to see how you're feeling today? It sounds like you're having a really tough time at the moment. But we're here for you and we definitely care ❤️

 

You mentioned Pride Month and I'm wondering if something has happened to do with your sexuality or gender that has made you feel isolated and stressed? We have a whole bunch of young people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community here, so I'm sure you'll get lots of support 🌈

 

Have you been able to chat to anyone about how you're feeling just now? Maybe a family member or a therapist if you have one?

 

I'm going to send you an email soon too, so keep an eye out for that in your inbox. We're here with you.
