How to say 'no'

Hi, 

I managed to speak to someone about my issue (not knowing how to say no to someone) and the conversation has kind of resolved it. I'm sorry to remove my original post, but I've edited it to explain that for the time being I'm okay. If I need any advice or help, I'll add a new post.
