Bank Issues
Ugh, my account didn't get compromised, I'm a fraud victim.
It is so difficult trying to get hold of my bank because it takes sooooooooooo long to have a successful call with them, going to a branch is also time-consuming, and the dispute is estimated to take 8 weeks. that's the end of the holidays.
I hate how the pretty much every bank is closed on Sunday, makes it even harder to get in touch.

I'm sorry to hear that you are dealing with this right now. Being a fraud victim, that sounds incredibly scary! I do want to say well done on reaching out to your bank though, even if it was an exhausting task. Getting a hold of a bank over the weekend really is such a frustrating thing to do, especially when you're already so stressed about your account being compromised. You should be so proud of yourself for taking the time to sort this out. I can only imagine how hard it's been for you. How are you feeling about everything so far?
Was the bank able to put some safety measures in place to protect you or prevent it from happening again in future?
I came across a couple of articles recently on Fraud and Identity Theft and wonder if maybe they might give you a few ideas on things you can try. Do you think they might help at all?

Hello, not feeling too well about it. I haven't asked for security upgrades as it was my fault for doing the transfer to "my new details" over the phone.
Can't think of any nice things to do at present, low on money cos of it.
That's really upsetting to hear @yeah_it_tahtperson I'm so sorry to hear that you're in this situation right now. That really does sound horrible. Banks usually have safety measures in place for when these sorts of things happen, so I am wondering if they were able to do anything to help ease your mind at all?
I can certainly understand being low on money because of it, but maybe there is something you could do that doesn't cost money. Do you like playing games at all or even listening to music? Sometimes these kinds of things are enough to distract us after a really tough day. Is there something that helps you relax after a long day?

I have contacted the other bank and they've assured me they're doing the best they can, can't ask for any better. just gotta hope it gets resolved, i think being with my friends is what distracts me from tough times.
otherwise, yeah playing video games (i own a Nintendo Switch :)) does plenty.

That's okay that you didn't respond earlier! That's really great to hear that the other bank is doing the best they can. How does that make you feel?
It sounds like you've got a lot to keep you busy until you hear any more though. What kind of games do you like playing on your Swiich?
