Depression and Anxiety advice

I'm looking for advice on how to help someone with severe depression and anxiety that lives far away from me. I'd like to be there with my friend to help her as she lives alone and doesn't know anyone in the area, but I just can't at the moment.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated Smiley Happy

Re: Depression and Anxiety advice

Hey @Batwoman

Does she have access to the internet? She should be able to Google locally based services fairly easily. Government  or local council websites can often be good, credible, sources of information for young people to find services and suppport.

Do you guys Skype together? Somethimes a friendly face can mmake a huge diifference.

Hey @Batwoman
(I haven't seen you around before, so Haii! Smiley Happy & welcome )

I think its so awesome that you're trying to help your friend. I just wanted to say that I agree with what @NigioC has said about googling some info about her area and skyping with her.
WIthout knowing any more info, I'm not exactly sure what else you could do. But if I think of something I'll be sure to come back and post it for you Smiley Happy
