Help

Hi everyone I am new and I have a question. A boy wants to use me and has touched me many times, and I said stop. Should I tell my support?

Hi @Tan_Sheep I am really sorry that this has happened to you, I can only imagine how you might be feeling a the moment.

It is really brave of your to join Reach Out and share this with us, I think it would be a really great idea for you to reach out to someone you trust in your support network and tell them. It will feel really scary and difficult, but you don't deserve to go through this alone. No one has the right to touch you without your permission and I am sending my love and support.

Hi @Tan_Sheep , and welcome to the online community.

I'm so sorry to hear that this has happened to you. You mentioned telling your supports about what has happened - is there anyone in your life who you feel like you can trust with this information?

It sounds like this may have been a very distressing experience for you. Here's a link to our community guidelines, they've got some good advice on how to chat safely about trauma and other triggering content.

We are so glad that you reached out, @Tan_Sheep. We're going to get in touch with you via email as well, so keep an eye out for that.

Thanks. I was really upset when this happened and I do have support but I
am scared. The boy said we can't tell anyone, and he threatened me, what
should I do?

I can definitely understand why you felt scared @Tan_Sheep , and I'm so sorry to hear that he threatened you. Do you feel safe going to school?

I'm really glad to hear that you have support, and that you felt comfortable sharing what happened with us. You are not alone in this and you don't have to stay silent. Have you been able to tell anyone in your life about this yet?

Welcome back!
