You've mentioned you don't know what caused this panic attack, have you been feeling anxious for a while or did this happen very suddenly? Have you had a panic attack before?
If you haven't already, it would be great if you could chat to your GP about the anxiety and panic attacks you experienced. They'll be able to look a bit deeper into what's happening and refer you to a therapist if you want to get some support from there too. What do you think?
