It must have been super frustrating having trouble with getting affection from your pet! I have two budgies that are either scared or will lightly peck us (they've been roughly handled by their previous owners). I've found that getting used to my touch in increments is helpful! E.g. I've been letting them get used to putting one foot up on my finger. Do you reckon this is something you feel comfortable doing?
As @Stormy-RO has asked, is there anyone (friends/ family) who you could talk to regarding your dog's behaviour?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your dog biting you. It must be so frustrating for this to be happening. How long have you had him for? Have you been able to talk to anyone about him biting you and ways you could get him to stop?
