Advice on relationships friendships and singles meet

Hi.

I  was wondering if it would be possible for someone to give me some advice about a girl.

She asked me out the other day, but a few days later said that she was in a bad place, and wasn't ready for a relationship. A couple of days after that, I was supposed to go over to her house, but she said that her parents had said I couldn't come over. I'm not sure if she just isn't into me anymore, or if she's telling the truth.
