Gentle Reminders

Hello everyone,

I found some gentle reminders on social media today, so I thought of sharing them with you people.

Basically these are related to self love and mental health.

  • Every season serves a purpose
  • You can't lose what's meant for you
  •  Trust in your unique journey
  •  Setbacks are a part of healing
  • Don't believe everything that you think
  • Give yourself grace & compassion
  • Acknowledge how far you have come
  • You are loved unconditionally
  •  Resist the urge to give up 
  • You aren't behind in life.

I hope this helps anybody who needed to hear this.😊

Thanks for sharing @Figuring_out it was really nice to hear these today!!

I especially love the one about not being behind in life. That's a feeling I experience a lot day to day so the reminder that we're all on different timelines is so valuable for me.

I love the "you can't lose what's meant for you" reminder. I think this is so true if things are meant to be 💜
