Hey @The_Weaver, it's lovely to have you post on the forum and we understand that it can be dauting to be vulnerable in this space. We appreciate the trust you have offered us today and hope that you find support within the community.
It can be stressful juggling work and uni life, particularly as it gets busy. It sucks that your colleagues didn't come to you first and discuss the mistakes with you. Some people don't necessarily think it's their place to discuss feedback with another colleague and will have management look after this. Did the manager give you helpful criticism about this and offer you more training? If not is there anyone else that you are comfortable in asking?
Have you tried meditation to help calm your mind? If you are anxious maybe a moving or walking meditation might help you focus more easily rather than a sitting meditation, particularly as it might be difficult to just sit still. Also something like yoga or chi gong might also help you relax, clear the mind and is also involves movement, which can help you focus. Do you think you would be comfortable with any of these activities?
