Firstly, the forums have just gone through a huge renovation, so everyone else is figuring out stuff at the same time and a few things are being sorted out.

There's not really a wrong way to use the forums, so long as you're respectful to other people.

A lot of people come here when something's bothering them, so if anything isn't going so great feel free to talk about it here, or if there's anything specific you want to talk about it you can make a new thread in the section you think fits it best.
