Car accidents can be so scary... I was in one a while ago and it took some work to get comfy in cars again.

There are a couple of ways you could approach a gp. You could go in and ask to see a professional, and the doctor will ask some questions that might make it easier to open up.

Your other option is to go in and just say what you've said here, you've already explained yourself really well.
