I've been in more and more pain. According to my podiatrist and physio, my muscles have been getting tighter and tighter for no apparent reason. Apparently my right foot's so bad my podiatrist was considering a moon boot.

So off I go to a new gp to try and figure out what the hell's happening. Anyway wish me luck everyone.
