Thank you for sharing. There have been a lot of painful experiences over the years where you have been struggling and nobody has noticed. Understandably, this has made you feel angry, upset and hopeless. From an outside perspective, reading your two posts sounds like a summary of your growth towards being able to open up and share how you feel with those around you. Honestly, it is normal to struggle with opening up and alongside that wishing that you had done it sooner or shared more at the time. I have had to do some healing in my life and sometimes I have thought that it would have helped if I took the chance when I was much younger. Reflecting back on these situations, I can hear that you really miss the times that people showed concern and care for you. This keeps coming up for you and it seems like you almost criticise yourself for not saying more, is that right? It must be so difficult to get that out of your head. I am sure you know this, as you mentioned trying to be kind to yourself but all we can try to influence is the present and the future. Are there other supports that you can open up to in your life at the moment? If not, would you be interested in finding new supports to fill their place?
