Hi @Juicyfruit, thank you for starting this conversation. You're right, it is important to find people who understand. Knowing that there are others out there who have had similar experiences can go a long way in making you feel heard and validated. There are members in our community who have experienced psychosis - you can read their threads here. We also have some ReachOut articles which include support services and personal experiences of psychosis which you can also read here. I wanted to let you know that some of these threads may be triggering and it is important to consider this before taking a look. If you find yourself impacted by what you have read, please tell someone you trust or you can contact a service listed here. I also know that it is common for people who experience psychosis to receive professional support which can often help with future experiences of psychosis. Is this something you currently do or have considered doing? Do you want to tell us a little more about your experience with psychosis? You don't have to but we are here to listen if you feel comfortable to share
