@Akinna I just have to say huge congratulations on the nomination for a scholarship - that's incredible! Fingers crossed for you. 

I'm so sorry to hear about the intrusive thoughts, anxiety and feelings of disconnection - that sounds like it was so distressing, but I'm really glad it had eased this morning.
How are you feeling now? 

 

It's so hard when you manage to address one thing and then it leaves space for something else to come up.

Is there anything that helps when you have a lot of intrusive thoughts, or when you feel disconnected from the world around you?
is it something you feel like you could talk to your psychologist about?
