I am very glad to hear that things have been improving and that you aren’t feeling too bad today. You have such a positive and resilient attitude when it comes to yourself. You recognise clearly how you feel and how it is still difficult, however you are quick to also acknowledge how far you have come and how things have changed for the better. Kudos!
I can see your dilemma when it comes to wanting to bring up your feelings of being disconnected or depersonalisation again with your psych. From where I am sitting it seems like it worries you but as your psych seemed to passed over the topic, you think it might not be a big deal. I think it’s perfectly alright to mention it again if it has been worrying you. But I think you have correctly identified your thought process around it as anxiety or anxious thoughts.
At the end of the day, I think by the time you have your next session, you’ll know what you want to talk about, and whatever is occupying your thoughts that day will mostly come to the forefront.
