Hey @JeremyThomas Thank you for sharing this with us. I can definitely relate with struggling to be kind to myself! I feel like sometimes it's my default reaction to blame myself for something and I get stuck in a cycle of guilt, shame, and hopelessness. It's hard to break out of sometimes, but I'm glad that you find talking to someone helps 😊 It definitely helps me too.

 

Is there anything else that helps break you out of those cycles? For me sometimes it's doing mindful things like playing with my dog or listening to music.
