Hey @Akinna I definitely relate so much to what you've said! I feel the "Urghhhhhhhhhg" feeling so deeply 💙
I think it's really hard to have such infrequent appointments. For me, I feel like I accumulate so much stuff and then I have to get it all out in an hour! Have you spoken with your psychologist about how you feel like that? Maybe there might be options to have more frequent or even longer appointments?
Something that definitely helps me is journalling how I feel, so I don't feel like I have to carry it all around with me and dump it onto my psych. I feel like I'm more able to just hand it over to them than relive it all again. Do you think that's something that might help you? I can relate to the survival bubble and sometimes its' really confronting to remember all the other things outside of the immediate moment!
For what it's worth, I think you're doing great. I really admire your resilience and your recovery determination is honestly inspiring to me 💙
