Hi @Navy_Elk,
I can TOTALLY relate. Burnout is SO real. I know that it's a shitty feeling. But I think that you should try and take a break and sleep well and eat and excercise- or watch netflix in your pajamas if you need to! But here's the catch- whatever way you choose to relax, you must do it GUILT-FREE. The thing is, "relaxing" while you're just stressed about all the work you still have to do isn't actually relaxing.
Even if it's only for an hour or two- just find a way to de-stress and practice self-care without any sort of guilt and try to stay in the present.
