I love that @Iona-RO , I'm exactly the same, I feel humiliated when I have to try new things or do something sporty in front of other people. The other week a couple of my friends took me to a place to play pool. I felt so self conscious but then afterwards I thought to myself, that was fun, I'm glad I tried. let's both keep enjoying basketball and pool 😄
