Hello Akinna, I am Thomas an academic career counsellor and paper writer.

I have came across this condition before and so I suggest Counselling and CBT(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). But there are some natural practices that I would like to share. Some simple changes in lifestyle can help improve the disorder to an great extent. Avoid being infront of any electronic screen and stressful situation before bedtime, or going to bed sooner after eating a heavy meal. Maintain the same meal time everyday and a balanced diet. And often keep trail of your moods and feelings
