Hi @Lady_Moon05 firstly, I just want to say thank you for being brave and reaching out to us today. I am sorry to hear that you've been having these horrible and invasive thoughts. Do you mind me asking if you think you would ever act on them? That sounds really confusing and I can only imagine how overwhelming they can be, especially if it feels like your mind is always putting you on trial. You also mentioned that you used to avoid things that caused you to feel upset in the past but this changed last year. Could something have happened in this time that may have caused this change?
These are such heavy feelings to be sitting with, so I am just wondering what supports you have around you right now? Is there someone you feel comfortable talking to about this, a trusted friend or family member, or even a health professional? It could also be worth looking into services like eheadspace and kidshelpline. Both services provide one-on-one support, phone and webchat counselling, if you wanted to have a chat to someone.
