Hi @Betty123 I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing panic attacks. They can be so scary and distressing to manage on your own, so i'm really glad you reached out tonight. I can see that you have already tried a few different things to distract yourself which is already a great start.

If you feel up to it, we do have an article here and also here on panic attacks, which also lists a couple of useful ways to manage them. I'm just wondering if there something nice you can do for yourself tonight? I also just want to remind you that you're not alone and we're always here for you 💜
