Hi @FloralNova675 I hope you don't mind me jumping in here. I'm sorry to hear that you've been feeling so depressed lately. It sounds like things have been really hard for you so I want to say that we are so grateful to have you here with us.
I can definitely relate when you say you don't want to end up crying in front of your GP, I've lost count of the amount of times I have cried in front of mine. It can be a really horrible feeling but crying (even in front of a GP) can actually a great way to release some of the emotion you hold inside. I also want to add that the right GP should support you in these moments and help you find a way forward.
You mentioned in another comment that you experience chest pain every morning and start shaking at work for no reason. This sounds like it would be really scary. Do you mind me asking what kind of distractions you have found to help when this happens?
We are all here for you 💜
