Dear @The_Elliot

You've made a very good reflection on yourself. I know for some people things like planners and schedules are effective because you can rationally divide your time not only for productivity purposes but it forces you to insert self-care strategies and on days you don't want to think too much, a planner has it all mapped out for you so all you need to do it follow it to the best of your ability. Exhaustion can also spiral into low moods and feeling flat so please take care of yourself. Set attainable goals and remember everyone has their off days. We weren't designed to function 24/7 so a little TLC goes a long way.
